Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma, 918-786-2261. Thomas Wade Youngblood, Jr., 15 year old resident of Afton, Oklahoma, died on November 18, 2018.

Tommy was born on December 5, 2002 in Joplin, Missouri. He was the loving son of Thomas Wade Youngblood, Sr., and Jennifer Marie (Ward) Youngblood. Tommy was a sophomore at Grove High School. He played the tuba in the Grove High School Band. Tommy was a very energetic, outgoing, fun boy with a very goofy sense of humor. He enjoyed music, hunting and fishing. He was always willing to help others, and would do anything to help his family. Tommy was definitely a “Youngblood” through and through.

Tommy leaves behind his parents, his brother Ronny Mason Youngblood and his two sisters; Holly Marie Youngblood and Emily Morgan Youngblood.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-7 PM, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at the Grove Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel. Services are scheduled for 2PM, Friday, November 23, 2018 at Rolston Cemetery, located on Monkey Island. My heart was sadden when I read of the loss of your son Tommy and I wanted to send my warmest condolences to the family. To lose a precious child, a part of you, can bring such overwhelming grief but the God of all comfort tells us at 2 Kings 20:5 He hears your prayers, sees your tears and feels your pain. I'm so very sorry. This is a belated message. I remember my interaction with Tommy and he had such an AMAZING spirit. He was one AMAZING kid.

I know the parents, one better than the other. I Pray that both of these wonderful people heal and find peace knowing that this kid was a good, kind-hearted kid. No one better.
