Delbert Ray Utter, age 88, died on June 16, 2012 at the Integris Grove General Hospital.

Delbert was the son of James Ross and Ota Faye (McMaines) Utter; he was born on September 25, 1923 in Nowata County, Oklahoma. After graduating from Nowata Schools, Delbert proudly served in the United States Air Force. He was united in marriage to Billie English in 1948. Delbert worked in the construction industry building homes. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing and loved to travel.

Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, his son Alan Utter, granddaughter Dana, his brother Glenn Utter and a sister Betty Nell.

Delbert is survived by is wife of 64 years, Billie Utter, two sons, Michael Ray Utter, Robert N. Utter and his wife Jolene; two daughter-in-laws, Janice Utter and Joan Utter, one brother James Ross Utter and his wife Delores; four grandchildren, Kirby and his wife Cayli, Mark and wife Jody, Chantel and her husband Terry and Pam. Delbert was also blessed with two great-grandchildren Mackynzie and Melanie.
