Sharon Teresa (Haynes) Lang was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on April 6, 1954 to Archie Haynes and Florence Evelyn (Belden) Haynes. Sharon left her earthly home and crossed over to her heavenly home on January 30, 2019 in Nowata, Oklahoma.
Sharon grew up in Nowata where she attended school and graduated with the class of 1972.
Sharon was a wonderful wife and homemaker, but first and foremost a true mom and Nana. She enjoyed reading, listening to gospel music, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was a very hard worker there wasn’t anything that she couldn’t do. Everyone that knew her loved her because she was a positive influence in their life. She never met a stranger and everyone that ever entered her home was made to feel like family. She is and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Sharon is survived by her children Evelyn Hutchinson and husband David of Nowata, Ok, Shawn Lang and wife Mechelle of Nowata, Ok, Stacy Lang and wife Melissa of Bartlesville, Ok. Seven sisters; Geraldine Ross, Shirley Tucker and husband Robert, Elsie 'Sue' Smith, Peggy Fryman and husband Lee, Nancy Rabbitt, Bonnie Hice and husband Danny, Betty Devore. One brother; James Haynes and wife Mary. Six grandchildren; Shawn Lang II, Shawntel Lang, Isaiah Lang, Patience Boyles, C.J. Boyles, Phoebe Hutchinson and many other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Lang, her parents; Archie Haynes and Florence Evelyn (Belden) Haynes, one sister; Darlene Rush, and five brothers; Wayne Haynes, Archie Dean Haynes, Bobby Haynes, Ronnie Haynes, Donnie Haynes.
