Obituary for Bonnie Sue Friddle (Harrington)

Bonnie Sue (Harrington) Friddle, 78, passed away Saturday January 12, 2019 at her residence in Nowata, Oklahoma.

She was born July 26, 1940 to Alva Raymond (Nig) Harrington and Lucille Edith Larrison in Nowata, Oklahoma. She received her education from Nowata Public School Systems in Nowata, Oklahoma. She married the love of her life, John Friddle on February 14, 1990 and they made their home in Nowata. She was employed by Osage Nursing Home for years and took her job with pride.

Bonnie had a heart of gold and offered a tremendous amount of love. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, do word puzzles, making jewelry, and sewn numerous blankets and pillows for her family, friends and dialysis’s family. Bonnie was a wonderful mother and a dedicated wife. She made sure her family was well cared for and loved spending time with family and friends.

Bonnie is survived by husband John Friddle of the home, two sister; Betty McGill of Nowata, Ok, Ruthann King, Oklahoma City, Ok, three children; Debbie Shults and husband Richard of Nowata, Ok, Sandra Fleming of Ochelata, Ok, Jimmy Hamil and wife Michelle of Nowata, Ok, three stepchildren; Garrett Friddle and wife Connie of Nowata, Ok, Bruce Friddle of Neosho, Mo, Joann Herzog of Hillsboro, Ok, Joanna Lewis and husband Brian of Valdese, NC. Bonnie also will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren and step grandchildren: Matthew, Kimberly, Jeremiah, Daniel, Trent, Justin, Becca, Charlie, Christy, Tosha, Trevor, Andrew, Megan and Emma, Four great-grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and other family. She was formerly married to Jimmy Allen Hamil in 1957.

She was preceded in death by her parents Alva Raymond and Lucille Edith Harrington and one brother Raymond Harrington.

Bonnie will be missed by all who knew her.
