Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, Oklahoma (918) 256-5555... Leslie Ray Jones, 47, of Vinita lost his life long battle with MS on December 07, 2018 in Vinita, OK. Leslie was born on April 09, 1971 in Vinita, OK to Raymond and Mable (Skaggs) Jones.
Leslie attended and graduated from Vinita High School with the class of 1989. He continued his education at Northeastern A&M College in Miami, OK and then graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree. He loved to watch football and was an avid Oklahoma Sooner’s and Dallas Cowboy’s fan. He also loved to watch the St. Louis Cardinals. As a young man he loved playing Little League Football and Baseball. Leslie loved his family and enjoyed having his nieces and nephews around. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Mable (Skaggs) Jones.
Leslie is survived by his brothers, Robert Jones and wife Angie of Grand lake, OK, Fred Tiblow of KS; nephews, Rob Baker, Randy Baker, Brenden Jones, and Joey Prideaux, niece, Sherry Baker, great nieces, Kylee, Kristen Baker, great nephew, Kyle Baker, many other relatives and a host of friends.
Graveside funeral service celebrating the life of Leslie will be held on Wednesday December 12, 2018 at Fairview Cemetery services starting at 2:00 PM with Pastor Robert Sanders officiating.
