I met Norma in 1989 when my husband and I moved to Bartlesville. Norma and I volunteered together st the Bartlesville Community Center box office. She was a charming and fun person to work with and became a life time friend. My thoughts and prayers go to Bill and the whole Cordill family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
