Gregory Leon Peace left this life on November 17, 2018 at the age of 61. Gregory was born in Nowata, Oklahoma on November 24, 1956 to Leon and Annie (Wise) Peace. Gregory attended the Kingdom Hall in Nowata, Oklahoma. He worked for the City of Nowata, after many years of service, due to illness, he retired. He was very talented, he could fix almost anything and was an outstanding man. You could always count on him even if you didn’t need help he was there right by your side lending a hand. If you were his friend then you were considered family. Gregory had a passion for automobiles “he had the cleanest car in town sometimes you wondered if he was going to wash the paint off from it he kept is so clean ”, football “especially Dallas Cowboys” , telling jokes “he had a great since of humor, you never left without a smile” and spending time with his family and friends.

Gregory is survived by his siblings, Margaret Curtis of Nowata, Oklahoma, Rita Nash of Nowata, Oklahoma, Ilene Langston and husband Ceaser Langston and Gloria Lewis of Texas, Robert Peace and wife Janice of Nowata, Oklahoma, Wanda Hill and husband Thomas of Nowata, Oklahoma, LaVera West and Beverly Peace of Kansas City, Missouri, many other relatives and a host of friends.

Gregory is preceded in death by his parents, Leon Peace and Annie (Wise) Peace, Ronald Peace, Elaine Hughes, James Thompson, Bernard Thompson, Arthur Lee Hatters.

Gregory will be missed by all who knew him.
