Obituary for Albert Six

Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home, Langley, Oklahoma (918) 782-4400.......Reverend Albert Six, 93-year-old Eucha resident, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 at his home. He was born January 27, 1925 in Delaware County to Tincup and Peggy (Creekkiller) Six. On January 21, 1951 he married Mary Constitution Leaf in Bentonville, Arkansas. Albert, a retired Baptist Minister, served many area churches. He loved studying his bible, singing in the Cherokee Choir, and was fluent in the Cherokee Language. Above all Albert loved his family. His children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren. Albert will be missed by all who knew him.
Preceding Mr. Six in death are his parents, Tincup and Peggy Six, and two brothers, Chandler and Clarance Six. He is survived by his children, Alberta Wilson and husband Ben, of Disney, Janie Wagnon and husband Johnny, of Spavinaw, Geraldine Six, of Disney, Jess Six, of Disney, Lydia Kirby and husband Jim, of Eucha; a stepson, Marvin Allen of Tahlequah; nine grandchildren, and thirty-two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Albert Six will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 15, 2018 at Hillside Baptist Church, Eucha, Oklahoma with Reverend D.J. McCarter officiating. Interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery adjacent to the Church. Family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home.
