Ronald Dean Coop passed away on Monday, July 31, 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born April 27, 1939, in Bluejacket, Oklahoma, to James and Marie Coop. Ron and wife, Ardith had been together since August of 1971. He was a member of the Blue Lodge of Oologah, OK, a 32nd Degree Mason, as well as a Shriner. He enjoyed farming and caring for his horses, dogs, and chickens, but above all, Ron loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. He is survived by his loving wife, Ardith; children, Roy Thompson and wife Rita of Owasso, OK, Dan Frost and wife Laurie of Broken Arrow, OK, Sherry Frost of Portland, Oregon; 6 grandchildren, Morgan and Maeci Thompson, Ashly and Cody Frost, and Eli and Zachary Frost; brother, James Coop and Linda Willis of Tulsa, OK; and two nephews, Rocky Coop and his family, and Steve Coop and his family.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2018, at the Bluejacket Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.honoringmemories.com or on our Facebook page.
