We hope you can find solace and peace over the days and months ahead with the many good memories of both Melvin and Virginia. I remember Maurice, Charlene, Melvin and Virginia surprising me, Kermit and Mom with our first TV back in 1952; Melvin surprising us all with ice cream on that hot summer day on the move to Bartlesville; his stories of what he did in WWII driving trucks in China; the visit to Germany and Melvin getting stung by a bee in his mouth while visiting the Olympic torch site at Innsbruck, Austria; his efforts at planting a tree in the backyard at the house on Limestone; and his many artistic contributions he made at our various reunions, family gatherings and birthdays. All of our family have pictures he painted that will always remind us of the fond memories of him and his family. Personally, to me he really knew how to put brother in brother-in-law.
