Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home, 918-782-4400……..Louie (Dee) Daniel Bruce Jr. passed away surrounded by his family February 11, 2018 at his home in Langley, OK. He was born October 1, 1958 in Tulsa, OK to L. D. Bruce Sr. and Sue Ann (Travis) Bruce. Dee was born and raised in Tulsa where he graduated Edison High School. He moved to the Grand Lake area in 1985. He was a member of the Otterbein Methodist Church, loved to fish, hunt, ride his motorcycles and most of all spend time with his family. Dee married Diana Brown on November 6, 1992.
Dee was preceded by his parents.
Survivors include his wife Diana of the home; children, Kayla Hankins and husband Mike of Owasso, OK., step-son Tommy Hopper and wife Taylor of Grand Lake Towne; brothers, Mike Bruce of Inola, OK, Dan Bruce of Bristow, OK, Don Bruce of Bristow, OK, David Bruce of Tulsa, OK, and one sister Patty Miles of Sand Springs, OK; five grandchildren, Jake Hopper, Cole Hopper, Zander Hankins , Madox Hankins, Mylee Hankins; one great-grandchild Chloe Hopper; a special nephew Zach Brown.
Services for Louie (Dee) Bruce Jr. will be held Friday, 1:00 pm, February 16, 2018 at the Otterbein Methodist Church with Pastor Don Baker officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home, Langley, OK. Online condolences may be left at www.honoringmemories.com.
