It is important to understand that Julia did not lose the battle with IBC breast cancer, she fought, and she won. She now is with her parents, grandparents and three brothers who preceded her in death.

Julia was born on July 26, 1939 in Hill City, Kansas. She was the daughter of Kenneth E. and Alice M. (Brenner) Kerbaugh. Julia worked as a data analyst / trouble shooter in the transportation industry.

She leaves behind a brother Kenny Kerbaugh of New Mexico and her sister Clara Higgins of Grove, Oklahoma. She had many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. She will also be dearly missed by friends of the family.
